Hy-Line Uses Video Conference for Technical Support

In March 2010, Hy-Line International and Borovskaya, Hy-Line distributor in Russia, held a technical seminar over video conferencing, the first of it’s kind between the two companies.

“This was an excellent way to communicate and enables both companies to spend quality time sharing information and ideas,” reported Jonathan Cade, sales director for Hy-Line International (U.K.).

Hy-Line plans to use this technology in the future with other distributors around the world. The photo above shows the Borovskaya team during the seminar.
